After spending the majority of his life in Northern New Jersey, Jim moved to the Maryland to attend the University of Maryland.  Jim graduated in 1999 from the Smith School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.

 

Jim’s first impressions of Baltimore were established while making day trips to the Inner Harbor and Fells Point while living in College Park, MD.  Jim and his wife, Sara, moved to Federal Hill in 2002 and has been a resident ever since.  His love of the city, fondness of architecture/design, and the ability to help people on a one-on-one basis drew him into a career in real estate.

 

He has helped clients purchase and sell homes in numerous areas in and around Baltimore, with the majority of his business coming from the neighborhoods surrounding the Inner Harbor.

 

When asked what he enjoyed most about being a Realtor, Jim replied, “No two days are identical.  The fact that every client’s needs are different and that every home is different, makes each day challenging.”
